Well........not to be mean but productive... Either the wrists and arms should be angled down more.... or lift the shoulders. Either way it would make it look right.

Well, unless you are going for the black sketchy lines as a style, I suggest you blend them more. It seems you use the black lines not only as your "holding" lines, but as a replacement for deep shadows. You use them instead of adding a deep blackish brown in some areas that could use that sort of shading instead of some lines. And if you want realism [not sure if you do or don't] then maybe either the face or the hands need to be out of focus? Annndddd lastly, hmm... I think you need a more varied colour pallet. If you like this colour for skin tone, there should also be some reds and pinks and yellows to balance it out. If you look at a photograph or someone in half light you'll see that maybe the shadows have a blue tint or that the sunlight can make a piece of their skin orange or yellow :)
Just look around.. Thats what I do. You can look at more experienced artists' pictures for reference with out actually copying them. I look to many artists for how they shade or the colours they use, and it really helps :) Or just get reference from a photo for skintones, and theres plenty of tutorials on deviantart here for something to think about.

I hope this helped you  Lemme know. I'll do it anytime for you steve :aww:
